WEB DATA:

We reject the concept of Web Data as an all-encompassing term, meant to refer to the entirety of traffic generated, stored, and distributed On the Net, a configuration generally known as the Internet. As an initial matter, Web Data does not include any of the traffic, data, information, content, or Metadata generated, stored, on a private communications network, including this site. Moreover, access to CPNI is prohibited. On this issue, it is important to confirm that geolocation data, in fact, falls within the definition of CPNI.
